Terms of Service
These Terms apply to everyone who uses the COCO Clinic website and services.
Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of these Terms is to set forth the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of COCO Clinic (the "Clinic") and users in connection with the use of the website and related services (the "Services") provided by the Clinic.
Article 2 (Definitions)
- "User" means any person who accesses the Clinic's website and uses the Services provided by the Clinic in accordance with these Terms.
- "Services" means all information and services provided by the Clinic, including treatment information, consultation and appointment services, and medical columns.
Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of the Terms)
These Terms take effect upon being posted on the website so that users can easily review them.
The Clinic may amend these Terms when necessary. When the Terms are amended, the Clinic will post the amended Terms on the website together with the current Terms, specifying the effective date and the reasons for the amendment, from at least 7 days before the effective date.
Article 4 (Provision and Change of Services)
The Clinic provides the following Services:
- Treatment guidance and information
- Consultation and appointment services
- Medical columns and professional information
- Directions and office-hours information
Article 5 (Suspension of Services)
The Clinic may temporarily suspend the provision of the Services in any of the following cases:
- Maintenance, replacement, or breakdown of information and communication facilities such as computers, or interruption of communications
- Force majeure such as natural disasters or a national state of emergency
Article 6 (Obligations of Users)
Users must not engage in any of the following acts:
- Registering false information
- Misappropriating another person's information
- Altering information posted by the Clinic
- Transmitting or posting information (such as computer programs) other than information permitted by the Clinic
- Infringing intellectual property rights, including copyrights, of the Clinic or any third party
Article 7 (Ownership of Copyright and Restrictions on Use)
Copyrights and other intellectual property rights in works created by the Clinic belong to the Clinic. Users must not use information obtained through the Services for commercial purposes, or allow third parties to use it, by means of reproduction, transmission, publication, distribution, broadcasting, or any other method without the Clinic's prior consent.
Article 8 (Disclaimer)
The Clinic is exempt from responsibility for providing the Services when it is unable to do so due to a natural disaster or comparable force majeure.
The Clinic is not liable for any disruption in the use of the Services attributable to the user's fault.
Article 9 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
Lawsuits filed between the Clinic and users are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Lawsuits concerning disputes arising between the Clinic and users shall be filed with the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act of Korea.
These Terms are effective as of January 13, 2026.
